Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  2. All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  3. You must request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Used, damaged, or altered clothing.
  • Undergarments or innerwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

How to Request a Refund

  • Include your order number, item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent by us.

Exchanges

We accept size or item exchanges (subject to stock availability). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
